RMS, peak, temperature, a few trend points. Useful, but a summary has already thrown away the signal the diagnosis lives in. As far as we know, we are the only company delivering the full vibration waveform wirelessly over LoRaWAN, so the AI works adequately in challenging environments for years without sensor maintenance. That is the whole difference. You cannot diagnose a fault from a trend line that already discarded the data. Our AI reads the real waveform, and diagnosis accuracy runs about 97.5%. WHAT WE BUILD AirVibe, wireless triaxial sensor on LoRaWAN. Overall RMS every five minutes, plus full-resolution time waveform pushed several times a day. The signal penetrates plant structure well past 400 m, and the low-power radio is what buys multi-year battery life. TriVibe, wired daisy-chained sensors streaming the full waveform continuously, for unit-critical machines and transient faults like pump cavitation. Twin Prox, eddy-current proximity probes and transmitters for journal-bearing machines and turbomachinery. MultiViz, the software layer. The AI flags the fault, points at the likely cause, and tells your team what to inspect, so a bearing change stays a planned job instead of a weekend shutdown.
