MACHETE Information

Welcome to MACHETE. Located in the historic Fisher Park neighborhood of Greensboro, MACHETE blends Southern roots with global influences, celebrating the best local ingredients North Carolina has to offer and combining them with diverse international flavors. Our small-plate menu is inspired by both classic and modern techniques, designed to surprise and delight the senses. We aim to craft memorable experiences where food is not only delicious but also creative and communal—perfect for sharing with old friends or making new ones. Every dish is a reflection of our philosophy: dining together should be an exciting, evocative, and, above all else, pleasure-filled experience. At MACHETE, we believe in the art of simple perfection—creating dishes and cocktails that are refined and approachable, but never pretentious. We do away with the formality of white tablecloths and fussy service. Instead, we focus on providing an upscale yet warm and relaxed atmosphere where our dedicated team of professionals ensures every guest feels welcome and cared for.
