Lúnasa Yoga is the brain child of two sisters Clara and Niamh. Both passionate about health, movement and yoga and how it can positively change your life. Yoga Teachers trained in India and Ireland they wanted to create a space for people to access online yoga classes for all levels and experiences. Yoga classes that incorporate mindfulness, and breath work. Lúnasa Yoga offers online classes to all levels of students. It also offers a corporate package for businesses looking to enhance their employees experience at work. Which can be accessed at any time and from the comfort of their own home, if they are working from home due to recent Covid-19 restrictions.
