Low budget projects are increasingly in demand. Land prices are rising and the dream of living in the conurbation has become difficult to finance for the middle class. Unlike in the past, the houses no longer creates itself. The dream of owning a home is more and more a dream. In addition, today one has a more open access to living. The customers questions what they really need and no longer build according to a social requirement what a house must have. These circumstances provide the perfect breeding ground for the low budget approach with the crucial questions: 1) What do I want? 2) What do I really need? This starts with simple savings, for example, on the basements, on the structures, cabling, etc. As a result, it leads to more detailed measures such as developing more compact floor plans, simplified design details, low-cost materials or more. Low budget planning demands more from the planner for creative solutions. Each idea must be constantly weighed up with the financial affordability and the technical and regulatory sense. Every single solution must be discussed and weighed in detail with the customer. It requires unbiased access to unusual approaches. Both from the customer and the planner! The low budget approach can be implemented in many areas, from private construction to commercial construction. The overall result is a very personal and individual project - in design and functional terms. We see the requirements and the individual result as the "special charm" of a low budget project and therefore gladly accept these orders.
