Founded by Lorna Jane Clarkson with a single pair of hand-stitched leggings, the brand has grown into a global Active Living community - with women at the centre of everything we do. Today, women represent 98% of our workforce, across both our team and leadership. Our flexible way of working is designed to support women through the different stages of life, reflecting the community we serve. Our commitment to women extends beyond our product. From the talented women who manufacture our garments, to our partnership with Women’s Community Shelters supporting women and children experiencing homelessness and family violence, and our sponsorship of parkrun connecting communities across the country - we continue to invest in women at every level of our ecosystem.
