LoopSurvey is a real time survey platform, it is accelerating customer response by delivering feedback in the moment. Unlike traditional surveys that offer high latency, Loop's mobile platform supports real-time customer sentiment through lightweight polling. Businesses download a simple customizable app and present to customers via mobile device, send a link, or integrate with their online applications. Business get instant feedback on their service and up to 30x more data than conventional approaches. Loop launched in May 2013 to more than 34 languages and 155 countries; attracting thousands of business customers across a variety of categories, including real estate, hotels, restaurants, retail, conference organizers, government, education and mobile apps. Rajit Marwah and Michael Liu are the co-founders, they are classmates from Stanford's Engineering Program. They blend startup and corporate experience from Microsoft, Myspace and Computer Sciences. Archimedes Labs invested in Loop several months ago.
