A Loft Story is more than just a salon, we're a creative space! Home not only to Newtown's finest hair stylists but also a lush urban jungle, concert venue and learning hub. The A Loft Story experience is a friendly and relaxed one, where everyone is welcomed and made to feel at home. Our team specializes in achieving flawless platinum blonde results, colour corrections and dramatic hair transformation or whatever your hair dream may be. Our team of colour correction specialists have been carefully selected based on their years of experience in color correction in this field. We pride ourselves on taking care of guests and offering the best customer service possible. At A Loft Story we believe in taking your experience to the next level from the precision detail haircut, to the glass of wine and the relationship with your stylist. At A Loft Story we understand that your busy and time poor that's why we open until 9pm every night between Tuesday to Friday, and Saturdays 9am - 6pm. When the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays our luscious converted warehouse hosts amazing events like edible terrarium workshops with Katherine Sabbath and intimate jazz nights with Tim Clarkson's Jazz Trio. The salon is also dog friendly, you are highly encouraged to bring your four legged best friends along to your salon appointment where they will be welcomed with a treat and can lay beside you while you relax. You can also take them for a walk to Camperdown Memorial Park which is right across the street, or just go to sit in the sun while your colour develops. At A Loft Story our guests are our family and we want you to feel at home, so come in and visit us, whether it's to have your hair taken care of by highly skilled and experienced hairdressers, to learn something new at one of our great workshops or to dance the night away with some hot jazz!
