Lodinet is dedicated to making the Internet a positive experience in peoples lives; by providing superior customer oriented all-inclusive Internet Services to the public. Lodinet was incorporated in the State of California in 1995 and operated under its original trade name of "Lodinet", for the purpose of providing Internet and related services to individuals and businesses in the City of Lodi, California, and in the surrounding communities. As a result of the advantage of several additional markets, including DSL and ISDN high-speed Internet service, and Business-to-Business Internet Consulting, Lodinet quickly became known to offer superior service by showing a high degree of concern for customer satisfaction. Lodinet has invested heavily in state of the art equipment, operating our own server farms and OC3 fiber optic high-speed connections directly from our main Network Operations Center. Lodinet, also specializes in the Broadband, Fixed-Wireless, Co-Location, Web Hosting and related products and services for clients nationwide, but handles all customer service functionality in-house. WAC maintains its in-house customer service staff to ensure that its customers receive direct personal attention from one of their customer service representatives, especially since many customers are being introduced to the Internet for the first time.
