LocalCom is an Australian owned business (Australia's all in one Telco platform), with a vision of bringing professional, cost effective cloud based call center, VoIP and Data solutions to customers. Grown from humble beginnings, we identified there were inherent challenges in servicing customers taking the technology jump and decided to change things. So we built a highly advanced telecommunications platform that provided end to end visibility and management to sell, install and support cloud-based call centre solutions over the Internet. Specifically designed from ground up for VoIP and Data resellers to automate front facing and back of house work related to providing telecommunication solutions.
