LobiBox Information

LobiBox manufacturers and provides Visitor Management units. LobiBox is a video entry system utilizing a wall kiosk for visitors and a mobile app for tenants. The system is similar to doorbell systems for single residences but is intended for multi-tenant and businesses. The wall kiosk allows a visitor to call a tenant of a building or organization. The Tenant, using the LobiBox mobile app, can view the visitor. At this point, the tenant can decide to cancel the call, grant access to the building, or one-way video chat with the Visitor. Anytime during the call, the tenant can once again cancel the call without granting access or grant access to the building. In addition, LobiBox has an integrated access control system providing a card access reader to grant access to the building for cardholders. LobiBox also has a Visitor Scheduling module that allows tenants to send a temporary code to a Visitor to use at the kiosk. The code is generated by LobiBox servers and will expire at a certain time.
