LM Genuine Solutions (LMGS) is a full service firm that delivers strategic and impactful solutions for our client’s unique needs, challenges, or priorities. Some examples of our work include the creation of the South Florida Anchor Alliance and its Regional Marketplace, the expansion of Together for Children, and the development and implementation of the countywide Future Bound Miami Children Savings Account program. In 2021, LMGS attended the groundbreaking of Southside Preparatory/Brickell Solutions Project which included a new school in the heart of downtown Miami and affordable housing for the school district’s workforce. This unique, first-of-its-kind public private partnership’s negotiations were led by LMGS and included collaboration between Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Miami-Dade County’s Public Housing and Community Development Department, and the Related Urban Development Group.
