LLR provides intellectual property consultancy services to companies, especially regarding patents, trademarks, designs, domain names, copyrights and unfair competition. LLR was founded as a patent and trademark attorney in 2000 and has offices in France, China, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, as well as a network of associates carefully selected worldwide. Our Board of Directors is made up of Guillaume de La Bigne and Vincent Remy (founders), as well as the partners: Gilles Escudier, Clémence Vallée-Thiollier Kristell Erout, Richard Monni, Benoît Andrieux and Thomas Croonenbroek. Our services allow our clients to: ⇥ acquire industrial and intellectual property rights – LLR handles both domestic and foreign application procedures for intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, domain names), ⇥ defend the acquired rights or the freedom-to-operate in relation to any product or service through pre litigation actions (opinions, negotiations, due diligence, “saisie-contrefaçon” French seizure or else customs seizure proceedings) and lawsuits (actions for infringement), ⇥ maximize the value of the acquired rights through particular assignment or licence contracts. We also propose our services in the wider field of intellectual property law or related areas such as copyright and unfair competition.
