Torquay's coastal zoo and aquarium, Living Coasts, is an education, scientific and conservation charity dedicated to protecting our global wildlife heritage and inspiring in people a respect for animals, plants and the environment. As the marine arm of South West Environmental Parks, Living Coasts offers more than 100,000 visitors per year, the chance to go on a voyage of discovery around some of the most intriguing coastal habitats from around the world. Get up close to the playful penguins; marvel at the majestic fur seals; search for the outrageous otters and delve into an aquatic environment that is full of interesting fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
