Little Ocean Yoga Information

Little Ocean Yoga is a non-heated yoga studio located in the heart of North Palm Beach, Florida. Founded by Lizzy Moore, Little Ocean Yoga was created to offer yoga students a more friendly, personalized yoga experience. Our studio is a small, welcoming environment where everyone from yoga beginners to longtime yoga enthusiasts can hone their yoga practice at whatever level they are at. We offer yoga classes seven days a week taught by experienced and enthusiastic yoga instructors. At Little Ocean Studio, you will find a variety of yoga classes for all levels including:Vinyasa: Vinyasa synchronizes breathing with a vigorous style of yoga based on a rapid flow of poses. Also referred to as Vinyasa Flow, this style of yoga energizes and challenges your body. Yin: Yin yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for five minutes or longer. Even though the pace is slow, yin yoga requires the body to hold poses for an extended period of time which can be challenging particularly if your body is not used to it. Yin helps to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Stretch Yoga: Stretch Yoga is a class that everyone from athletes, to weekend warriors, to first time yoga students and everyone in between can really use. This yoga class focusing on stretches that allows muscles to relax and lengthen. Stretch Yoga can reduce strain on the skeletal system and tension throughout the body. In addition to these regularly scheduled yoga classes, you'll find a never ending array of yoga options at Little Ocean Yoga. Little Ocean Yoga also offers massage therapy and other healing modalities. Our focus is creating a kind, loving community where everyone feels welcome, as well as creating a safe space allowing for connection, self-inquiry, and fun.
