LiquiDyn is a certified (HRC and SFRA) LBE/SBE/MBE firm that provides a range of construction services from conceptual design and budget through construction to warranty fulfillment. LiquiDyn's team has extensive experience in petrochemical, industrial, commercial and ultra high-end residential construction. While the firm has expertise in a range of construction services, its primary focus is in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler (MEPS) coordination, construction and management. Currently, LiquiDyn is developing a distributed energy plan to help owners, developers and contractors appreciate the immediate and long term benefits of sustainability. The LiquiDyn team feels very strongly that "environmental responsibility is everyone's job". Developing an appreciation for environmental economics is a key to handling this responsibility effectively. Some have held that sustainable development is at the very foundation of environmental economics. The Brundtland Commission coined what has become the most often-quoted definition of sustainable development as development that "meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
