Our focus will be on new and early stage enterprises in the creative, arts, media, technology, telecoms and e-commerce sectors. These sectors are the fastest evolving businesses in the UK and represent a primary means for generating new employment. They are typically fast growing yet find it difficult to meet changing requirements for adaptable space and technological infrastructure.
