Lippe Construction Services is a general contractor built for one thing: renovating hotels that are still open. Since 1996 we have delivered work at more than 400 properties across 48 states. Brand conversions, 7-, 14- and 21-year PIPs, and everything in between. Occupied renovation is the hard version of the job. Floors come down whole and go back whole. The property keeps selling rooms while we work, and the schedule is built around that rather than in spite of it. Quality is the room that goes back into inventory finished — not mostly finished with a punch list attached. Value is the right number, not the low number; a bid that has to be corrected later was never a bid. Integrity is bad news early, because every schedule problem is cheaper the day it is found than the week it is discovered. We work nationally from Bridgeport, Texas.
