Lightsource Services Pty Ltd was formed in 2013 to service the Australian Fibre market and specifically to support NBN Co's deployment of the National Broadband Network. Our Managing Director Martin Wall has a sound background in the telecommunications industry, having worked for British Telecom in the development of UK cable networks in the 1990's and then across Europe as SVP of Engineering for UPC Broadband. Martin has had a long partnership with Lightsource Design Ltd in the UK, which since 2000 has positioned itself as a leading Fibre Design and Delivery partner of major UK telecommunications operators. The company is committed to creating and delivering superior quality systems and services and we are committed to delivering the same standard of service to our customers in Australia. Martin and Lightsource bring a vast array of fibre optic and copper experience and a proven track record of delivering commissioned FTTx solutions and for major operators worldwide. Our UK partner has skilled fibre network designers who are available to design green field sites and MDUs and produce a full set of working instructions and GIS based documentation for our Australian clients. We have an established core of highly skilled and qualified fibre/telecoms engineers who will form the foundation of our Australian company. To support our expansion we are dedicated to employing and developing local staff in all areas of the company.
