The organization will provide ongoing support, training, mentoring, counseling and community outreach to help develop their social skills. Lighting The Way Transition House, will provide housing for women and men that are homeless after being released from jail or a rehab program. The program is designed for individuals to stay in the house for up to one year. It is our hope and goal that at the end of a year living in the facility, the residents will have developed the skills and discipline to become self-sufficient and live on their own. Additional referral services will be provided to those who are in needs of these services. Lighting The Way Transition House is committed to "Making A Difference" in the community. Donations
