Every architect, landscape architect and designer works differently. We are always happy to support their methodology and encourage them to engage with us early so that the lighting design can be integrated into their architectural vision and project budget. A keen eye and an honest approach can mean potential issues get addressed before they become real issues, saving time and resources. Light on Landscape’s founder, Amander Flaherty, is a pioneer of the residential exterior lighting industry in Australia. Having been at the forefront of this niche design field for over 20 years, Amander has been bringing gardens to life at night since 1999. Along with lighting legend Geoffrey Mance, she founded Australia’s first residential outdoor lighting company, Gardens at Night, in 1989. Since launching Light on Landscape, Amander has remained a hands-on practitioner, drawing together her interests in architecture, landscaping and lighting to deliver unique nighttime experiences in high end homes across Australia.
