We share our predictions and trends in our annual Look Book. Our purpose is to educate brands, cultivate women leaders while connecting globally. We founded the Women2Watch in Business Disruption Program in 2016 and launched Women We Watch Channel in HALO in 2019. Goal is to have more women keynotes on stage, execs in the c-suite, and in paying public board roles. Our purpose and this program, funded the build of this business using community as a business model. These women are proving our Look Book predictions and speaking around the world. We connect business leaders to innovation, problem solving, efficiency, and leadership through collaboration in our HALO Community Data Platform. HALO stands for Help-A-Leader-Out. We partner with technology and service partner to bring new solutions into the market. We make recommendations on where conference dollars should be spent. Our community has the propensity to try new things, so hands go up for pilots and innovative solutions. We partner with conferences to create innovative new products, and services that the new buyer of technology seeks. We also work to get more women leaders to the stage and as attendees.
