In addition, Levcor has fostered strong, longstanding relationships with nationally recognized retail tenants, financial institutions and local market players. Over the course of its 40-year operating history, the firm has acquired, developed and managed approximately 20 million square feet in commercial real estate, primarily focusing on Southwest and Southeast US markets.
