At Lets Delight we are passionate about property - not just bricks and mortar, although we like that part as well, but people’s homes. We provide real people with real homes. In everything we do, we are Part of the Housing Solution. Much has been written in the media about poor quality housing and landlords evicting tenants either for no reason or because they complained about their conditions. Joolz and Ian feel very strongly that providing rental accommodation comes with big responsibility. Every rental property is someone’s home and they have a right to feel safe in their home; not just physically safe but safe from threat of eviction. With properties in and around Manchester, Nuneaton and Coventry, Lets Delight has a variety of different types of accommodation. We have a small number of flats but most of our properties are either: Shared Living Projects; with 3 or 4 young people, typically freshly out of college or university, sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living space and having the sanctuary of their own private bedroom. Or Furnished Holiday Lets for individuals or families coming to the Midlands for work, to an event, to visit family or to holiday in the wonderful Heart of England countryside. Our Furnished Holiday Lets are operated through our subsidiary company, Lets Stay. As a company, Lets Delight is expanding whilst at the same time keeping a personal touch. We are acquiring more properties and have investment opportunities for anyone wanting to realise a better return than offered by the banks and other mainstream financial institutions.
