The Merger Training Institute is an accredited provider of mergers and acquisitions training courses. SUCCESSFUL POST-MERGER INTEGRATION A two day programme teaching delegates how to run speedy but controlled post-merger integration programmes that maximise synergies while minimising operational risk.
