Inspired by our teahouse roots, we create delicious, refreshing kombucha and sparkling iced tea that bring quality, function, and flavor to more people every day. In 2003, founder Matt Thomas opened his first teahouse with a vision to bring together the many ways tea is enjoyed around the world. In 2008, that spirit of exploration led him to brew his first batch of kombucha in the kitchen of the teahouse, and Brew Dr. was born. Today, Brew Dr. focuses its tea efforts on raw, organic kombucha and sparkling low sugar iced teas crafted with real ingredients and bold flavor. From our brewery in Oregon, we continue to push tea forward with products that are refreshing, functional, and rooted in authenticity. Seedlip is the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits solving the dilemma of "what to drink when you're Not Drinking®.’ Founded by Ben Branson, Seedlip was born from a passion to change the world drinks. Ben was tired of drinking softs & sickly mocktails that didn’t compliment the food he was eating or suit the occasion he was celebrating. Inspired by 17th herbal recipes in a book called The Art of Distillation, published in 1651, Ben bought a small copper still & began to experiment w/ distillation in his kitchen in the woods using home-grown herbs from his garden. His tinkering led to the creation of three complex spirits. Seedlip Spice 94 is aromatic with strong spice (All Spice Berries & Cardamom) & citrus (Lemon & Grapefruit peel) top notes, wth a long bitter from the highest quality barks (Oak & Cascarilla). Seedlip Garden 108 captures the essence of the English countryside w/ sophisticated top notes of Peas & Hay & a complex herbal base character of Spearmint, Rosemary & Thyme. Seedlip Grove 42 is a celebration of the Orange; an adult, citrus blend of copper-pot distillates including Bitter Orange, Mandarin, Blood Orange, Lemongrass, Ginger & Lemon. All spirits are sugar & sweetener free with no artificial flavours. For a refreshing Seedlip & Tonic serve 50ml of your spirit of choice wth a premium tonic. Seedlip is a way for Ben to continue his family’s 300-year farming heritage & the name Seedlip harks back to the days when his ancestors worked the land using baskets called seedlips to sow seed. The Hare, The Fox & The Squirrel on our bottles are animals commonly seen on Ben’s farm & the illustrations are made up of the six botanicals in each spirit.
