Local Enterprise Skill Development Programs (LESDEP), an initiative of KS Unite, is one of the biggest success stories in Africa as we undertook the challenge of linking up equipment with the training initiative. This endeavor, now in phase 4 has generated more than 200,000 jobs in the continent. Our Mission: To focus on training of the unemployed and equip them with viable skills to make them self employed with our specialized hands-on training and skills development programs. Our Vision: To train and equip unemployed youth with entrepreneurial and vocational skills to make them self reliant and productive. Lesdep, established its credentials in the area of Local Enterprise Skill Development and Education Partnership programs in Ghana and other African countries over the years. The establishment is linking and facilitating collaborations among education majors across the globe. Our current focus is on providing assistance to universities/institutes in India and abroad to foster alliances and take definitive steps towards Global Education, while hand holding, guiding and counseling young minds in choosing the right course and college/university on the other hand. We are into soft skill training employability management programs, corporate training, MDPs, skill development and experimental learning. Setting up of competitive universities/institutes/schools across the globe is also our forte.
