LeCroy & Milligan Associates designs and conducts research, evaluation, technical assistance and training in health and human services. Our mission is to help organizations become more responsive and effective in delivering services that will enhance the quality of life for all people. We work collaboratively with nonprofits, government entities, foundations and school districts to collect and use all types of data. Data can be used to inform decision-making, identify areas for program improvement, meet funding or legislative requirements, and give voice to individuals and groups.
