We will take your project from conception/analysis to implementation, incorporating the full instructional design and development cycle. Instructional methods include eLearning (Articulate Storyline / Captivate), ILT, and blended solutions. Clients include Marathon Oil, ConocoPhillips, Halliburton, Hess Corporation, National Apartment Association, KPMG, Performance Technology Associates, and more. Previous projects include: Creating and executing formal instructional design strategy, structure, process, and templates from scratch Conducting gap/needs analysis in direct consultation with client and scoped training needs Designing and developing eLearning, ILT, vILT and blended courses for several large- and small-scale projects (IT, process/procedure, product, Finance, HSE, Supply Chain, and HR topic areas) in collaboration with subject matter experts Developing an onboarding program for new employees and contractors for an IT organization Facilitating high-level design and review meetings with SMEs Converting existing ILT to an interactive eLearning format including key content Creating a one-stop shop for IT learning solutions in the form of a SharePoint website Managing relationships with internal clients for many different business units Creating and executing a formal strategy for incoming project requests, including vetting, prioritizing, and organizing the projects Project managing course development projects, using a formal stage gate process Managing vendor relationships including obtaining eLearning bids, providing project management and QC support, and overseeing development Developing and executing logistics plan for training deployment and roll out to 8 global sites Assisting with training deployment (Train the Trainer, materials delivery, etc.) *Website coming soon!
