We aim to produce products which are high in quality and competitive in price. We do not try to compete with Chinese imports, rather we would prefer to be sure that our products are robust and well produced. All our products are designed and developed in-house, and whenever necessary we will make changes following customer suggestions to ensure that we produce what is required. We have several customers who have reverted to buying from us who previously bought from China because they have not been able to guarantee the quality from there. All products are 100% tested before packing and an audit sample is also tested to ensure that the product is delivered in first class condition. Following careful research our materials are sourced from our own approved suppliers, and critical component suppliers are visited and we try wherever possible to use local companies to supply as much as we can (and sometimes have been surprised by the prices).
