Connecting Young Londoners to Businesses, and Businesses to Talent. LDN Group exists: 1) To help young people and businesses to connect with one another. 2) When a young person is ready, we introduce them to employers who are looking for talented, committed and well-trained staff. 3) Work with young people from the age of 11 to 23 to develop their skills and confidence and to support them in making great choices about their future. LDN Group do this by: 1) Running an innovative Youth Service that helps young people to develop confidence and a culture of aspiration. 2) Offering exciting Pre-Employment Training that develops skills and introduces young people to employers. 3) Delivering cutting edge Apprenticeships in Business and Tech, which support businesses and young people once we've matched them up. LDN Group comprises of 3 companies: Enterprise LDN, Future LDN and Tech City Stars that contribute to achieving the above objectives.
