LB&W Design Associates Inc. was formed in Allentown, PA in 1996 to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services to clients in the Lehigh Valley. Our goal is to provide full A/E service in-house from concept to completion of a project. This includes complete architectural and mechanical services which include heating, ventilation, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing design. Over the ensuing years we have extended our services to other states including New Jersey, Ohio, Massachusetts, Virginia, and North Carolina. Our architects, engineers, designers and support staff work daily with local and national codes issues to meet the various permitting requirements in these localities. Our in-house capabilities translate to cost savings, time savings, and well coordinated projects. Our clients have a single source contact to address their ideas and concerns. The architectural department establishes the background drawings and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans are incorporated to present a uniform set of drawings and specifications. Our ability to incorporate the aesthetics and building systems with the client's requirements is accomplished through our multi-discipline staff of experienced and knowledgeable professionals.
