Lawson Rutter is a privately owned company whose directors are myself, Alex Maile, and Alex Bartlett who, between us, have 30 years' experience in West London Estate Agency. We retain a huge amount of enthusiasm for the profession and have a very active and 'hands on day-to-day role, which includes dealing with clients, training, as well as overseeing all staff, who have been carefully chosen to endorse and embrace our beliefs. The ethos of our company is to genuinely deliver what other agents promise; namely sound, expert advice and a strong work ethic on behalf of clients. We're not here to merely trot out platitudes and tell people what they want to hear. We commit ourselves to giving sensible, objective views, which ensure that our clients maximise their position, and aim to make the process as painless as possible. Success in this business should not be complicated - it is the amalgamation of treating people professionally and with respect, whilst embracing modern technology to the advantage of our clients. Like all companies, we don't always get it right, but when things do occasionally go awry, both Alex and I are readily available to deal with any concerns and find a reasonable solution. Word of mouth is still by far our strongest source of new business, which is why we continue to go from strength to strength.
