These include digital streaming music, video on-demand, social networking, media & entertainment, cloud computing, mobile commerce, search, marketplaces, ad software, artificial intelligence, crypto & blockchain, VR/AR/MR/XR/RR/3D technologies, hardware, startup studios and venture capital.Our name "LavLabs" is a portmanteau of "Lavish" and "Labs.” Our test-tube emblem is nicknamed Chemí (/kim-me/), which is short for Chemistry.Our goal is to actively promote sustainable practices, while encouraging our teams to be creative across all elements of our family of brands.Since our founding, it has been our intention to develop and manage our activities in a manner that aims to protect the environment, reduce our ecological footprint and support the transition to a sustainable-powered internet, workplace and society.As such, we have issued our initiatives 1% of non-diluting shares and have committed to building stakeholder impact by being a 1-1-1 pledge company. Participating in Pledge 1%, LavLabs will donate 1% of net-proceeds, 1% of people-resources and 1% of its PSPT-focus to our in-house impact fund LiftHumankind.org and LavLabs.org, our 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit that provides support to sustainable tech initiatives like green tech and S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts and Math).Also offering student education, scholarship and college readiness programs to communities that are under-served.
