LAUDA-Noah Information

Noah Precision has been sold to a company in Germany called LAUDA. This is an important milestone for Noah, its customers and employees. LAUDA is focused entirely on temperature control and they bring significant capabilities to Noah and new opportunities for us to serve our customers. Lauda has a much larger R&D capability than Noah and they will be helpful as Noah continues to develop new temperature control products for the semiconductor industry. We compete together in MOCVD and we have exciting new ideas about how to improve the products of both LAUDA and Noah in the MOCVD market. As a result of this transaction, Noah Precision is changing its name to LAUDA-Noah. LAUDA-Noah is engaged in the manufacturing, development, distribution, service & support of chillers & heat exchangers for the semiconductor industry. We have an installed base approaching 10,000 systems with more than 3,000 point-of-use (POU) Thermoelectric systems installed at leading device manufacturers around the world. 20 Years ago, Noah Precision pioneered the first integration of thermoelectric devices into temperature control systems for semiconductor wafer processing applications. Today, LAUDA-Noah has the largest installed base of temperature control systems for semiconductor applications, incorporating thermoelectric devices. More than ever, shrinking device geometries, demanding new processes and a highly competitive environment require temperature control systems that combine fast and accurate temperature control with an emphasis on reduced operating costs and improved reliability. LAUDA-Noah is meeting these new challenges and has incorporated energy saving technology in systems that are friendly to the environment and have a low cost to operate. LAUDA-Noah has factory trained sales & support personnel in each of the major device manufacturing regions including North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
