Established by Mark Lancaster and Verity Brooks, they have over 25 years combined industry experience in residential block management and are specialists in managing independent retirement developments. Our aim is to provide a professional and personable property management service to leaseholders, landlord clients and residents whose homes are within the developments we manage. Our mission is to deliver the highest standard of property management in the independent retirement living industry. We are based in Weston-super-Mare and Wimborne. This allows us to provide property management services across Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, South Wales, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire.
