Lafayette Psychology provides clinical psychology and organizational consulting services specific to the needs of each client. This includes providing psychotherapy services as well as assisting clients with life stage and professional transitions. Founder, Dr. Vincent Passarelli, is a clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of clinical and research experience. He has worked extensively with a wide-range of clients in a variety of settings, and has been employed as an expert psychologist and consultant by hospitals, clinical research organizations and academic institutions. Dr. Passarelli assists clients with developing adaptive cognitive-behavioral skills while enhancing their use of existing ones. He works with clients to integrate their use of skills to extend across settings, applying them to various life situations-- professional and personal. This includes increasing one's overall self-knowledge, insight and assessment abilities, and implementing effective skills and solutions with consistency. This ability allows for better short- and long-term achievement of goals, plus efficient planning and advancement during life's inevitable transitional periods Dr. Passarelli provides psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families. Separately, as an organizational consultant, Dr. Passarelli integrates his experience as a clinical and research psychologist with the needs of corporate management, internal consultants and the company overall. He assists with developing strategic solutions and concepts that are comprehensive and objective in identifying and treating "core issues" rather than "just managing them." Clients incorporate his clinical expertise to assist with making informed decisions related to company transitions, communications, partnerships, program development and executive coaching. Dr. Passarelli is also involved with non-profit and veterans organizations.
