LA Training began in 2005 when Louie decided after six years to branch out on his own as an independent, instead of a fitness facility employed trainer. And in 2012 he decided to relocate LA Training from within a large commercial facility into a small historic downtown Bangor building. He converted an old architects office and art gallery into a private personal Training studio. On July 4th, 2012 LA Training opened its doors with 1 trainer on staff, today we have 14. I came completely intimidated, out of shape and convinced I wouldnt be able to keep up. It has been an amazing experience.
