We go to great lengths to source, roast, taste, and prepare coffee so our guests can enjoy it at peak deliciousness. We know that good coffee depends on strong community. We work directly with farmers around the world to source our coffees as sustainably and ethically as we can. We hire team members who are dedicated to creating beautiful experiences with coffee. From the farm to the cafe, our coffee is handled by people who care.

We roast coffee daily and ship directly to wholesale customers, our own coffee shops, subscribers and webshop customers. And yet, freshly roasted coffee is just a small part of the equation. We source coffee directly from the farmer for two main reasons. To guarantee we get the best green beans, and to make sure the farmer is rewarded for the high quality coffee. It is actually quite simple. For the farmer to continue to produce specialty coffee, he or she should be paid extra for the hard work. In our opinion, enduring quality in coffee starts with financial stability for the farmers. To make a difference, we believe that we have to start with ourselves by making coffee experiences that contributes to this development. Founded in 2007, Coffee Collective is to this day 100% owned and run by Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen. With several competition awards in the bag, including gold in both the World Barista Championship and World Cup Tasting championships, we continue to explore exciting coffee experiences.

Little Collins offers a seasonal menu of Breakfast Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches with daily specials we have something for everyone. We can also offer catering serving a seasonal catering menu for businesses in the area. Little Collins is set in an award winning space named Melbourne Design Award, for INTERIOR DESIGN in the category of Hospitality. Little Collins wants to be an escape for workers, to get away from the daily grind, if only for a few minutes at a time and has fast become the heart of the neighbourhood. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm then join us on fridays from 7am - 6pm for 'Friday Knock-off's' from 3pm onwards, serving gourmet bar food and an extensive drinks menu.
