La Fettuccina Restaurant Information

Owned and operated by Mr John Japp and Miss Andrea Pinciarova, La Fettuccina has been the local Italian haunt for years, dishing up fresh daily made pasta to a hungry clientele. Our head chef started his apprenticeship with us and has come back to run the kitchen. We celebrate the fact that many of our customers come in every week for the same dish for the last fifteen years. Our International staff set the feel for an Italian dining experience. Our staff are all long term employees who live locally and have become a part of our restaurant. The face you see on Tuesday will be the same one the next week. La Fettuccina has been in existence since 1989. When first opened it was the only restaurant on the street, save a few small bars and nightspots. Twenty years later we are surrounded by many restaurants and bars and have grown into the Cairns main dining Precinct.
