Caffè Nero was founded in 1997 by Gerry Ford who had a vision to bring a continental style coffee house experience to Europe and beyond. Our philosophy is really very simple: Premium Italian coffee. Caffè Nero has continued to increase its store numbers, sales and profitability year on year and become a familiar neighbourhood meeting place in towns and cities across Europe and US. Il Fornaio owns and operates 15 full-service Italian restaurants in California and Nevada that serve creatively prepared, premium-quality Italian cuisine. Established in 1972 in Italy as a baking school, Il Fornaio is renowned for its adherence to Italian cooking tradition and techniques. Il Fornaio has been certified Authentic Italian and awarded the "Marchio Ospitalita" by the Italian government, confirming that Il Fornaio is the best authentic Italian dining experience outside of Italy!

Uno stile culinario inconfondibile, vivo e vitale da oltre 45 anni, grazie all’intuizione del fondatore - papà Vittorio - e all’evoluzione compiuta dai figli, che negli ultimi anni hanno integrato la tradizione con le tecniche più moderne. Una dedizione premiata dalle guide -Tre Stelle Michelin. Oggi, ad occuparsi di Da Vittorio, sono la signora Bruna Cerea e i cinque figli. Enrico e Roberto sono entrambi chef, Francesco ha la responsabilità della cantina e della ristorazione esterna, Rossella è responsabile dell’ospitalità nel Ristorante e nella Dimora mentre Barbara dirige Cavour 1880, il caffè pasticceria di Bergamo Alta.
