This is my own company. It is not just software but a little bit of everything. Low level (system/kernel/etc. close to the hardware) C/assembly software for x86/PowerPC/ARM, Hardware Design, Linux Hi-Rel Client/Server design and implementation, low-scale hardware manufacturing etc. I'm working on my own product, CNC controller set for lower end industrial/protolab and hobby machines. Hardware is already done and I already made my first production run so I have 100+ sets in stock ready to ship. Unfortunately some nice guys did not keep their promise so now I'm busy writing Windows kernel level stuff to make my hardware work with a popular Mach 3 CNC software... It was unfamiliar territory for me--I'm a Unix guy that worked 20+ years with Unix/Linux/whatever else--so it took me some time to grok it but now I'm something like 70% through and I hope to start selling my products in a couple of months. My company web site is blocked from outside access by a firewall right now. I do have it ready to launch with a single line firewall config change but don't want to do it until I actually ready to start selling my product. The web site has a proper EV SSL certificate, online Credit Card payment gateway etc. so it is completely ready. It is just not a right time to launch it yet :)
