KORU is a management consultancy specialising in organisational development, business planning and change management including organisational integration. We work with our clients to improve their organisational performance, helping them fully understand the organisational challenges they face and supporting the development and implementation of solutions. In our experience many of the challenges faced are the result of a lack of alignment between their vision/strategy, organisational design and culture/values. We appreciate the central importance of human dynamics to the success of organisations. As with all human groupings including families we can sometimes become blind to the dynamics within our organisations and therefore struggle to find solutions. Koru was established in 2016 and brings together over 50 years of experience in many aspects of business including start-up, growth, sale and organisational integration. Coming in from outside your organisations we can often have a much clearer view of what is going on and thereby help understand what is happening and how to fix it.
