KNOW Bio, LLC is a life science company redefining the standards of care in a number of diseases and medical conditions. Utilizing our extensive catalog of intellectual property in the fields of Nitric Oxide and precision light therapy, we develop unique treatments to revolutionize the standard of care for many indications. KNOW Bio is privately held. Our corporate strategy forms subsidiaries focusing on specific therapeutic areas, diseases, or conditions utilizing our proprietary technologies. We assemble teams of experienced personnel for each subsidiary. KNOW Bio provides capital for the startup, support services, facilities, and, in certain cases, research assistance. Once the subsidiary has an appropriate opportunity, usually proof of concept in their target, we then pursue a sale, IPO, or other financing around that subsidiary to provide capital for the other operating companies and returns to our investors. With each successive operating company building upon the achievements of its predecessors, accomplishments will develop more quickly.
