Knotz is a fast-growing, lean and scalable integrated wedding company, with annual group revenue of approx $700K (and profitable) in FY2022. Our current operations consist of: Knotz.sg - virtual wedding planner which offers bundles, promos, and online tools + content The Secret Patio @ Duxton - venue space which has hosted over 200 weddings since Oct 2020. Knotz has been constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of the wedding industry in Singapore since 2019. We have built a name that resonates with target consumers, while generating strong operating cashflow and earnings visibility + growth, even during the pandemic. We have our sights firmly set on further vertical integration and expansion of the Knotz brand. Our milestones: Sep 2019 - First to introduce the virtual wedding planner concept Jan 2020 - First to organise an online wedding fair (Knotz 2-become-1 sale) May 2020 - Rolled out Knotz Bundles, an innovative concept which combines the best of 'a la carte' vendor selection with the convenience of package deals, plus added protection from Knotz in the event of vendor default Jul 2020 - Launched 'Speed ROM' event on 10/10/20, with 7 couples solemnised in back-to-back sessions Sep 2020 - Vertical integration with the acquisition of our own venue, The Secret Patio @ Duxton Oct 2020 - First to resume physical wedding fairs, with safe distancing measures in place May 2021 - The Secret Patio provides couples with discounted solemnisation venue rental under Covid-19 P2HA (heightened alert) restrictions Aug 2022 - Organised Singapore's largest ever hotel wedding showcase for Grand Copthorne Waterfront, with 36 participating vendors and more than 240 couples attending over 2 days
