With a 40-year operating history in Asia, Courts Asia is one of the leading electrical, IT and furniture retailers in the region. Synonymous with great value, we currently operate more than 70 stores in Singapore and Malaysia that exceed 1.3 million sq. ft. of retail space. In 2014, we will be opening our first ‘Big-Box’ Megastore in Eastern Jakarta, Indonesia. We work towards our mission of making aspirational home products easily affordable, and live our core values (customer focused, results oriented, leadership, teamwork, and innovation) with integrity. Driven by our goal to constantly innovate the customer shopping experience, we have pioneered several initiatives that have taken us to the forefront of the retail industry. We were amongst the first to launch the flagship ‘big box’ concept Megastore in Singapore in 2006, and recently rolled out the revolutionary online sales platform ‘eCourts’ to offer a multi-channel retail experience. We also differentiate ourselves with a unique business model by offering in-house credit facilities. Our ‘Courts’ brand has received several accolades for overall excellence in Singapore and Malaysia, including the prestigious award for “Best Brand in Home Furnishing & Electronics” from the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation in Malaysia. In addition, we received the People Developer certification for excellence in people development and the Singapore Service Class (S-Class) certification for excellence in customer service from SPRING Singapore.
