Knitter Partners International, Inc. (KPI), is a team of dedicated professionals providing architectural and planning services to a broad spectrum of the building and development industry. With corporate headquarters located in Southern California, Knitter's staff of professionals is large enough to provide full service, but small enough to give each client individual attention. KPI provides service throughout the United States and have also completed projects in several foreign countries. The Knitter Incorporations have been creating solutions for a wide range of clientele since 1980. The firm offers a complete scope of services, which range from focus group studies and conceptual design to construction administration and on-site management. Clients who have been served in the United States include residential builders, custom homeowners, commercial, industrial, retail real estate development, and golf course developers. Our international experience has allowed KPI to bring creative expertise to places such as Canada, Mexico, Russia, Spain, China and the Philippines. Our services have always been oriented toward a market-driven or user-friendly design solution, with Construction Documents that are among the finest in the industry. KPI's projects are known for their creative sense of design. Each project is assigned to an associate of the firm at the beginning of the design phase.
