Established in 1978, and under new ownership since 2005, GAA Architects is an architecture, planning, and interiors firm uniquely qualified to design and master plan office, industrial, entertainment, and retail projects. In our forty years GAA has become a recognized leader in commercial architecture, as evidenced by our exceptional list of clients, many of which have worked with GAA Architects repeatedly for many years. Design quality combined with GAA's commitment to cost containment has contributed to our firm's superb reputation. GAA has successfully master planned and designed thousands of acres and millions of square feet of corporate office and industrial campuses for corporate, developer, and media clients. Our projects range from small interiors projects to very large developments up to millions of square feet with constructions costs up to $100 million. Although our work is predominately located in Southern California we have designed and completed projects nationally and internationally.
