Klitschko Foundation Information

- 21 years foundation exists - 2.5 million young people took part in foundation’s programs - over 160 projects were implemented - $10 million invested in sports, educational, environmental, and other projects - over 100 international partners from around the world - 560 million tons of aid worth $16 million delivered since the start of full-scale invasion. Klitschko Foundation, founded Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko 21 years ago in 2003. Today, the Foundation is dedicated to helping talented Ukrainian children and youth fight for their dreams. Over time, the Foundation expanded its focus to include education, leadership, and environmental initiatives. Since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we have also prioritized mental health support and delivering of humanitarian aid. In our humanitarian mission we place the greatest emphasis on supporting hospitals and providing medical equipment, medications, and supplies based on specific requests, from MRI machines to bandages and gloves. The work of Klitschko Foundation is especially important now, during the war against Ukraine, when Russia is killing our children, deporting them, and depriving them of education and confidence in their future. We fear losing an entire generation of Ukrainians who may either leave the country or be deprived of the chance for a happy and successful future. Therefore, we are working on projects that introduce teenagers to the principles of democracy. In 10-15 years, we want Ukraine to have strong, free, educated, and confident leaders who will rebuild the country.
