Kaleidoscope Leadership Institute is a leadership consulting firm. As a registered psychologist I work with partners, affiliates and other companies to deliver a service which revolves around the leadership function. Specific areas of specialisation are performance development, coaching, psychometric evaluations for hiring or development and counselling. Of particular interest to me is the concept of wellness within the workplace and I have developed a scoring system to help evaluate the wellness of individuals, departments/teams or organisations. I also particularly enjoy working at developing creativity within teams and coaching.
