Kiwrious is a fun solution allowing interactive, collaborative and inquiry based science learning for students. Kiwrious’ social mission is to foster a scientifically literate generation by giving Kiwi Kids access to our Kiwrious Science Experience. The Kiwrious Science Experience has been developed by a multidisciplinary team from the Augmented Human Lab, based at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute the University of Auckland (UoA). Led by Associate Professor Suranga Nanayakarra they joined forces with Associate Professor Dawn Garbett, an experienced science educator at the Faculty of Education and Social Works (UoA) to create the Kiwrious Science Experience.
